We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects in Dubai. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fit-out projects from concept to handover.
Prepare budgets, schedules, and monitor progress.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Resolve project issues and manage resources efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil, Architecture, or related field.
4-6 years in interior fit-out or MEP projects in Dubai/GCC.
Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Dubai building codes and safety standards.
PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
