Job Description
Project Manager - INTERIOR FIT OUT
Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project
Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget
Manage day-to-day operations of the project site, including on-site staff and subcontractors
Review and approve all invoices related to the project
Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project
Prepare progress reports for the client and company management
Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly
Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals
Select and specify all materials and finishes to be used in the project
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
