Spazio Interior Decoration: Hiring Project Manager - Full Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of full turnkey interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish clear objectives and deliverables for each project. Ensure project completion within set timelines and with minimal snags. Prepare and oversee budgets based on scope and resource requirements. Coordinate with the Procurement Team, MEP team and Architectural Team in order to manage the Site condition and proper organized Site Execution. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the Management and arrange a weekly meeting with the Team and solve the issues, Coordinate with subcontractors and In house Teams of supervisors to execute the scope of work on Site. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Regularly assess site conditions, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance to supervisors. Provide proper technique and handling the supervisors on Site for any delay in the projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within the fit-out industry. Proven ability to manage project inspections effectively. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
