Event Project Manager - Based in Qatar
We are hiring a dynamic Event Project Manager to join our team in Qatar. You will lead events from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is handled with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all phases of events, from idea to execution. Work closely with clients, talent agents, and stakeholders to bring their vision to life. Oversee budgets, timelines, legal requirements, and supplier coordination. Collaborate with creative, marketing, logistics, and production teams. Negotiate with venues, vendors, and suppliers. Lead on-site event execution and solve issues as they arise. Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication. Track progress, report updates, and improve future events based on feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing high-profile events with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Experience in the UAE or Middle East region is preferred.
