Position Overview

We're looking for a dynamic

Project Manager

to lead and coordinate high-impact projects across exhibitions, events, retail, and interior fit-outs. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, supervising production, and ensuring seamless execution -- all while upholding Unigraf's signature quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle -- from briefing and budgeting to delivery and dismantle. Liaise with clients, internal teams (design, production, logistics), and vendors to align objectives and timelines. Prepare detailed project plans, BOQs, and schedules; ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee on-site execution, monitor progress, and resolve any issues in real-time. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and outcomes. Ensure each project reflects Unigraf's excellence in fabrication and client service.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management within events, exhibitions, interiors, or signage industries. Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and leadership skills; client-facing experience preferred. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar). UAE driving license preferred
