Project Manager (Technology & Innovation) - :
The Project Manager (Technology & Innovation) is responsible for leading and coordinating key initiatives that support the organization's strategic technology objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, driving innovation and efficiency whilst ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and aspirations of the EDGE Group.

The Project Manager (Technology & Innovation) is responsible for leading and coordinating key initiatives that support the organization's strategic technology objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, driving innovation and efficiency whilst ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and aspirations of the EDGE Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology-focused strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and external partners to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Assist in identifying emerging technologies and assessing their impact on business strategy.
- Assist in the identification of strategic gaps, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product development or systems engineering, preferably in a defense or related environment.
- Understanding of strategic technology management tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex trends and data.
- Ability to synthesize diverse information into clear, actionable insights.
- Adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Interest in current events and emerging technological trends
- Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex interdependencies and drive holistic solutions.
- Independent worker.
