Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for electrical systems across construction/oil & gas projects.
Oversee design, engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure full compliance with
ADNOC codes, standards, and project specifications
.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project plans, progress reports, method statements, and technical documentation.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks.
Review and approve electrical drawings, material submittals, and technical queries.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and site safety procedures.
Lead project meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control at all phases.
Oversee procurement planning for electrical materials and equipment.
Support project close-out activities including handover, as-built documentation, and final approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
Minimum 12 years of experience
in Electrical Engineering within
construction/EPC
.
Mandatory ADNOC project execution experience
(onshore/offshore preferred).
Proven track record managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or oil & gas electrical projects.
Strong understanding of ADNOC engineering standards, specifications, and workflows.
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
