Job Summary:
To lead and manage all electrical works related to
ADNOC projects
from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, budget, timeline, and safety requirements. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for electrical scope coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of electrical engineering and installation works for ADNOC projects.
Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC codes, specifications, and HSE guidelines.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and commissioning.
Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure quality control.
Manage procurement and logistics for electrical materials and equipment.
Address and resolve technical issues, change orders, and NCRs
Ensure proper documentation, project handover, and close-out processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, with at least 5 years in ADNOC or similar oil & gas projects.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC project requirements, procedures, and approval workflows.
