We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with strong eKYC functional knowledge to lead projects in the banking domain across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing large-scale banking projects, driving project delivery, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for eKYC implementations in banking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, compliance, and operations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues. Liaise with stakeholders across the GCC region and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide functional expertise in eKYC processes, regulations, and system implementations. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Ensure adherence to banking standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

10+ years in project management with significant exposure to eKYC.

Functional Knowledge:

Strong expertise in eKYC processes, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

Domain:

Banking / Financial Services.

Region:

GCC experience is mandatory.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Skills:

+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Strong leadership and team management abilities.
+ Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

PMP or Prince2 certification. * Exposure to digital banking, fintech solutions, and KYC/KYB tools.
