Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in property development or construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling (Primavera / MS Project), and budgeting tools.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes, RERA, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
