Project Manager (4 Positions)
Job Summary:
We require four experienced and dynamic Project Managers with a civil engineering background to lead and deliver high-quality fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidates will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, financial control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and control of multiple or large-scale fit-out projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee all technical and engineering aspects, leveraging civil engineering expertise.
• Manage project procurement, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control and health & safety are maintained.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience, specifically within the fit-out industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
• Immediate joining availability is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
• Company-provided car.
• Other benefits as per UAE labor law and company policy.
