Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, design teams, and contractors, managing project resources, and identifying and mitigating risks. Additionally, the role involves maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Experience in overseeing architecture and interior design projects, with an understanding of design and construction processes
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of the construction and design industry standards is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
