Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer with proven experience in real estate development. The role involves supporting the project management team in planning, coordinating, and executing real estate construction and development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
- Review technical drawings, design documents, and construction specifications.
- Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction work meets approved specifications.
- Assist in procurement activities and material submittals.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper communication among stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving technical and operational issues.
