Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of project execution, from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and proactively identify and mitigate potential cost overruns.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within a contracting or MEP company.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and contracting practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Dubai is preferred.
