Oversee and manage all aspects of shoring and piling projects from planning to execution.
Lead project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to required specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Provide technical guidance and resolve any design or construction issues on site.
