Lead, direct, control and advice on the projects resources and plan to maintain the short and long term financial health of company's projects. To execute activities related to dredging, reclamation and civil marine projects within deadline and budget available. Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standards. Focus on companys business priorities while meeting business users demands.

Responsibilities Responsible to deliver project successfully within project objectives and execution schedule. Leads execution and methodology in regards to dredging and reclamation. Overlooks and keeps track of the project performance financially. Meticulously tracks the execution of the dredging and reclamation works. Perform project budget controls, determines and introduces mitigation in time when the project status is deviating from the project objectives. Translating companys policy towards the employees, engineers and third parties. Organization and supervision of the execution of the works described in the contract. Ensuring all legal and contractual requirements of the contract. Reporting to dredging business unit.
