Your Responsibilities As the lead of the Banks Digital Assets business, you will focus on developing the Bank's strategy around digital assets and designing and executing products / solutions in this space. You will drive the design and execution of digital asset initiatives in partnership with teams from lines of businesses and functions. You will contribute to making our client the leading bank for digital assets in UAE and one of the most innovative banks in UAE Your Qualifications Considerable experience in the field of financial services and/or banking Experience working with digital assets, cryptocurrencies and blockchain strongly preferred Excellent understanding of business drivers, market structure, and trends in digital assets or institutional banking is preferred Experience with steering of multi-disciplinary initiatives for the design & implementation of new digital products is preferred Entrepreneurial, results oriented and takes initiative Experience in change management for conducting large transformation projects and introducing new products or services Ability to grasp fundamentals of blockchain and distributed ledger technology Ability to conduct market & competition analyses with proven techniques (SWOT analysis, market sizing, etc.) Ability to perform high-level quantitative analyses Ability to design customer journeys & high-level experiences in product management and/or UI/UX design Ability to set-up, manage & steer agile working groups (e.g., Scrum, Lean, etc.) Experience in the recruitment of new talent, i.e. definition of skill requirements, profile selection, interviewing, etc. in change management for conducting large transformation projects and introducing new products or services Advanced Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information technology or a related discipline, MBA or equivalent work experience required.
