VAM Systems is currently looking for Project Manager (Digital Transformation) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualification and experience

. SAFE/PMP or PRINCE certified. . 8+ years of project management experience in which minimum 3 years of experience working with Telecom domain. . 3+ years' experience with digital transformation [business and technology transformation]

Technical and Soft skills

. Think strategically and understand how the Design phase fits into the broader goals of the organization . Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project objectives . Effective communicator who can clearly and concisely convey project goals, timelines, and expectations to team members and stakeholders . Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget . Strong time management skills and be able to effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to ensure that the project is completed on time . Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Should be able to adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances . Identify and resolve problems that arise during the project, using creative and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles . Strong attention to detail and be able to identify potential issues before they become problems, ensuring that the project stays on track and within budget . Possesses strong leadership traits and is able to negotiate and influence both business teams and vendors . Strong relationship management skills, high degree of cultural intelligence (CQ) and strong influencing techniques . Comprehensive expertise across the Telco-IT full stack landscape [Digital, BSS, OSS, ESS] . Experience with both Waterfall and agile deliver . Strong analytical skills and Jira/Confluence expertise
