Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Project Manager

to join our team.

What You'll Do

Supervise and manage daily on-site operations on behalf of the consultant. Ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs. Coordinate between the client, design team, and contractor to resolve technical issues. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and specifications. Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed progress and compliance reports. Verify and certify contractor's work, variations, and payments. Manage correspondence, documentation, and project records. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

What We Expect from You

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Architecture

, or related field. Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

in a

consulting or supervision firm

. Proven experience overseeing site works as a

Resident Engineer or Site Architect/Engineer

. Strong knowledge of construction standards, local authority regulations, and project documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Available for immediate or short-term joining within UAE.
