Azizi Developments is seeking a Project Manager - Design Residential to join its Design 360 Studio in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Design Management - Residential and based at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office, this role is responsible for managing multiple residential design projects from proposal through authority approvals, ensuring quality, compliance, schedule control, and budget adherence across all design stages.

Role Summary
The Project Manager - Design Residential manages a portfolio of residential projects and is accountable for the successful delivery of proposal design and detailed design packages. The role ensures enforcement of design processes, coordination across disciplines, authority approvals, and compliance with approved budgets and schedules while supporting senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on full design packages including PD and DD stages in coordination with all design disciplines
Resolve design issues in line with local authority regulations and master developer requirements
Enforce approved design procedures and coordination protocols throughout the design process
Ensure effective coordination between Architecture, Interior Design, MEP, and Structural teams and lead resolution of clashes or conflicts
Stay updated on authority requirements, NOCs, sustainability, and environmental regulations and communicate updates to the team
Review drawings to ensure compliance with authority guidelines, regulations, and approved DCRs
Conduct periodic design progress reviews with the Head of Department to ensure alignment with approved design direction, schedules, and budgets
Initiate and manage RFPs during design stages and oversee procurement activities related to assigned projects
Direct and manage design modifications based on management instructions
Track, manage, and document all project changes and design adjustments while liaising with all stakeholders
Support sales and marketing teams as directed by management
Guide and support junior team members in work execution and professional development
Attend meetings with external consultants and authorities as required
Support the Head of Department in managing external consultants and identifying workflow or process improvement areas
Manage overall project health, resource allocation, and contractual obligations
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture
Project Management certification is an advantage
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in residential design project management, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of authority approval processes, residential design coordination, and master planning requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
