Project Manager (design & Built Project) Civil/landscape Works)
Job Description
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: design, planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
Review and approve design drawings, technical submissions, and material proposals.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and quality/safety standards.
Prepare project reports, cost tracking, and progress updates for management and stakeholders.
Lead project team members, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication across all disciplines.
Oversee landscape construction, irrigation systems, hardscape, and infrastructure works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline
. Minimum8-12 years of experience
in civil/landscape projects, with at least5 years in a project management role
(preferably design & build). Proven track record of managing large-scale landscaping, infrastructure, and civil projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and other project management tools. Familiarity with UAE/local authority standards and approval processes (advantage).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
