Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly accomplished

Project Manager

with extensive experience in

Data and Digital Transformation

programmes. The role involves collaborating closely with

C-suite executives, boards, and regulatory authorities

to deliver large-scale, high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead

end-to-end delivery

of complex data and digital transformation programmes, ensuring measurable business value and alignment with organizational strategy. Act as a

strategic advisor

to senior leadership and regulatory bodies, particularly in alignment with the UAE Central Bank's Program. Manage large-scale

data modernization and digital enablement

projects across multiple business domains. Oversee

regulatory modernization programs

to streamline operations, enhance governance, and ensure financial stability. Manage

cross-functional teams and vendors

, ensuring strong coordination between business, data, and technology stakeholders. Represent the organization as a

thought leader

in data and digital transformation across industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

12-15 years of total experience with a strong focus on

Data and Digital Transformation programmes

. Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience and 6-7 years of UAE Banking experience is preferrable Proven success in

Banking, Financial Services, or Technology-led transformations

. Strong track record of working with

boards, C-suite leaders, and regulators

on complex transformation initiatives. Deep understanding of

data governance, analytics platforms, AI, and emerging financial infrastructure solutions

(CBDCs, instant payments, Open Finance, digital ID, etc.). Expertise in

program governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management

. Certifications such as

PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, Scrum, or equivalent

preferred. Excellent strategic planning, execution, and leadership skills. Strong academic background with international exposure preferred.
