Project Manager cum Foreman
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project Manager cum Foreman
to lead and supervise our projects from planning to completion. This dual role requires strong project management capabilities combined with hands-on site supervision to ensure efficient workflow, quality results, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee project execution from start to finish Supervise on-site operations and workforce Prepare and monitor project schedules, materials, and progress reports Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and project standards Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and budget requirements Conduct regular site inspections and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Foreman, or similar role Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Background in construction, fit-out, or maintenance preferred
