Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end fit-out project execution, including planning, scheduling, procurement, and site supervision
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to prepare execution plans
Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams for approvals and updates
Monitor project budgets, material costs, and variations
Ensure all works meet quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Prepare progress reports, site updates, and documentation for management review
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions promptly
Oversee final inspections, snagging, and handover procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years experience managing
corporate and commercial fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, materials, and vendor management
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software
