Key Responsibilities: Job Location - Iraq
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, local authorities, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards on-site.
Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and progress tracking.
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and procurement coordination.
Ensure adherence to engineering designs, specifications, and industry regulations.
Address site issues and resolve any technical or operational challenges promptly.
Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
20-25 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a senior site management or project leadership role.
Prior work experience in Iraq or other Gulf/Middle East countries is highly preferred.
Strong command over project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.)
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Willingness to work and stay in Iraq for the duration of the project.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
