Project Manager - Construction & MEP

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage construction projects with a strong focus on MEP works, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve site challenges effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field).
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction & MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures and MEP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
UAE experience is a strong advantage.
