Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
* Minimum 5 to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in contracting company.
* Candidate should have Dubai work experience.
* Should be aware of All Dubai Authorities (DM, DDA, Emaar, Nakheel, Trakhees & RTA).
* Extensive technical knowledge of materials & scope of work in all the fields of construction.
* Determine & Define clear deliverables, roles & responsibilities for team members.
* Assign & oversee the daily task.
* Should have the knowledge of time management & cost control.
* Candidate should have valid UAE driving license.
* Any Nationality welcome. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED8,000.00 per month Education:
