Our client is a leading turnkey kitchen solutions provider in Dubai, UAE and they specialize in designing and constructing state-of-the-art commercial kitchens for various industries, including restaurants, hotels, and food service establishments.
What will you do?
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and met
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Oversee procurement processes, including equipment purchasing and delivery coordination
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated financial resources
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that projects meet or exceed industry standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success
Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years in kitchen design for restaurants, hotels, and sales preferred
Experience with Plan-It or AutoCAD software
Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, systems, and layout requirements
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards relevant to commercial kitchens
Ability to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
Must have a valid UAE drivers license.
