This is how we shape the energy of tomorrow! You will Support (Project Manager) with the objective of executing the project within the defined targets (costs, time, quality, securing offset credits) and to the satisfaction of customers, concerned government authorities and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate/collaborate with all internal and external contacts/stakeholders (incl. government departments/authorities, customers, internal departments and BUs, Corp. depts., HUB/HQ, internal/external Auditors)
Support PM in communication/coordination with customers, government authorities & internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure execution of all commercial activities as per applicable Siemens Energy guidelines and local laws (T&Cs, project calculations, customer contracts, Supplier/logistics contracts/POs, MoU, SLAs, Real Estate topics etc.)
Support Project Manager in procurement, logistics and Real Estate related topics
Manage/control all financial KPIs as per business plan/forecast including orders, revenue, costs/SG&A, profit, CAPEX, fixed assets, receivables, inventory, payables, cash-flows, EV as per Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines
Manage project receivables/collections, payments to internal/external suppliers, bank guarantees, Letter of credits as per SE guidelines and signature mandate
Fully responsible to lead and manage monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, controlling and financial reporting topics
Support PM to prepare for project/business review meetings with the management, steering committee, HUB, and HQ.
Optimizes DSO profit, cash flow and Net Capital Employed.
Responsible to manage planned CAPEX, fixed assets and working capital as per business plan and controlling of costs and expenses to ensure optimum utilization of all resources
Ensure accuracy of books and records in Spiridon and other tools/applications.
