Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Kitchen Equipment (Technical Background Required)



Job Summary:



Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the organization. This role requires a professional who can manage project teams, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, create detailed project plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



? Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee kitchen equipment projects from procurement to installation, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.

? Client Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

? Supply Chain & Vendor Management:

Coordinate procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships for seamless project execution.

? Budget & Cost Control:

Develop cost estimates, monitor expenses, and identify savings without compromising quality.

? Team Leadership:

Assign tasks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve project challenges.

? Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to industry regulations, conduct risk assessments, and maintain necessary documentation.

? Quality Assurance:

Oversee installations, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to high-quality standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage after-sales support and warranty processes. Identify business development and upselling opportunities. Optimize project workflows and implement process improvements. Handle contract negotiations and risk management strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:



1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

2. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management roles

3. Skills:

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Proficiency in project management software Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
4. Safety certifications (optional): Fire Marshall and first aid.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
