The Project Manager / Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing event projects end-to-end while acting as the primary point of contact for clients. The role combines

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients from briefing to post-event delivery
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear event strategies and deliverables
Manage client expectations, approvals, timelines, and feedback
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and post-event reports
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling or repeat business opportunities
Project & Event Management
Plan, manage, and deliver multiple events simultaneously (corporate, brand activations, experiential, launches, conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
Develop detailed project timelines, work-back schedules, and task allocations
Coordinate internal teams (creative, production, marketing, operations)
Manage vendors, suppliers, venues, and production partners
Ensure all event elements meet quality, brand, and safety standards
Budgeting & Financial Control
Prepare detailed event budgets and cost breakdowns
Monitor expenses, manage quotations, and control costs
Ensure profitability and adherence to approved budgets
Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and post-event financial closure
On-Ground Execution
Lead on-site event operations and troubleshooting
Supervise setup, rehearsals, live execution, and dismantling
Ensure smooth coordination between all stakeholders on event day
Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally
Reporting & Evaluation
Conduct post-event evaluations and client debriefs
Analyze KPIs, attendance, engagement, and overall event success
Provide recommendations for future improvements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent client communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Budget management and cost-control expertise
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and during irregular hours (events/weekends)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3-7 years of experience
in event management, client servicing, or agency environment
Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-day events
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in experiential marketing, automotive, brand activations, or live productions
Knowledge of AV, staging, and event production processes
Multilingual skills
Experience working with high-profile or corporate clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
