We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, and project delivery. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
: Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure that the projects are executed according to the agreed specifications, timeframes, and quality standards.
Team Management
: Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members.
Quality Control & Safety
: Ensure all construction works adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Contractor Management
: Oversee and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Negotiate contracts and ensure that project deliverables are met.
Client Communication
: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide regular updates on project progress and resolve issues.
Cost Management
: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled, and the project remains within financial limits.
Problem Solving
: Identify potential risks and proactively address project challenges, such as design issues, delays, or budget overruns.
Reporting & Documentation
: Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance documents.
Compliance
: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, including environmental, health, safety, and legal requirements in the UAE.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
