Project Manager – Civil

Job Description
A well-established contracting organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Civil to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong technical capability, on-site leadership, and proven experience managing projects from planning through completion in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil construction projects end-to-end
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery against timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Monitor site progress and address technical or operational challenges
- Prepare reports and updates for senior stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BE / BTech)
- Fluent Arabic and English required
- 15+ years of experience in civil construction project delivery
- UAE project experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, site-based environments
