We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead initiatives related to our Cards (Prime) portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the banking or financial services domain, specifically in credit/debit/prepaid cards, and will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely execution of card-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of cards-related projects, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, and go-live. Coordinate with cross-functional teams--product, technology, operations, compliance, and vendors--to ensure alignment. Track project timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Lead regular project reviews and status reporting to senior management and stakeholders. Drive enhancements and new features in the Cards (Prime) platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing card-based projects (credit, debit, prepaid, etc.). Strong understanding of card issuance, processing, settlement, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with Prime or similar card management systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. * PMP / Prince2 certification is a plus.
