As Project Manager - Cards (Prime), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support the lifecycle of card products-from issuance to settlement. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of card technologies and project delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects related to card systems (credit, debit, prepaid)
• Coordinate with stakeholders across product, IT, compliance, and operations
• Ensure timely execution by tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Oversee functional testing, UAT, go-live, and post-deployment reviews
• Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships, especially for Prime-related integrations
• Drive platform enhancements and implement best practices
• Report project status regularly to senior leadership and manage governance

Job Requirements

• Proven experience managing card-related projects in the financial services sector
• Deep knowledge of card issuance, processing, and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with Prime or similar card management systems
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, cross-functional environment
