2. Design & Technical Oversight:
Review
technical drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
for compliance with design intent.
Ensure adherence to
UAE building codes
, DM/ADM regulations, and HSE standards.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide regular updates on project milestones, risks, and budget status.
Resolve design or construction conflicts with innovative solutions.
4. Budget & Cost Control:
Track project expenses and
avoid cost overruns
through proactive measures.
Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
5. Team Leadership:
Supervise
site engineers, foremen, and labor teams
.
Foster a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
.

Experience:
5+ years
in
UAE-based fit-out/interior projects
(mandatory).
Proven track record in
high-end residential, hotels, or retail spaces
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera
.
Knowledge of
FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
procurement.
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic a plus).
