Abu Alnaga Contracting is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee a significant building construction project in Dubai. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the established scope, timeline, and budget. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major construction project in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from planning and initiation through to completion. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress, track budgets, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on course. Handle day-to-day problem-solving and decision-making during project execution. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and local codes. Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports, to senior management, clients, and stakeholders. Manage the client relationship, addressing any concerns and ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

10+ years of experience managing large-scale building projects. Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, and contractors. Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred. Knowledge of Dubai/UAE construction regulations and building codes. PMP or similar certifications preferred. Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
