Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee, plan, execute, and deliver construction projects within scope, time, budget, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, contractual obligations, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage building construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. Control project costs and ensure financial targets are achieved. Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices. Manage contracts, claims, and variations in compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities. Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders. Ensure all works meet quality standards, technical specifications, and statutory requirements. Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies. Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures. Lead, mentor, and supervise project teams, engineers, and site staff. Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

15 years of experience

in building construction projects, with at least

5 years in a Project Manager role

. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management and project controls. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
