Job Overview
The Project Manager will be accountable for managing automotive construction and development projects up to AED 100 million in value. Key responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, civil engineering oversight, adherence to corporate identity standards, budget control, documentation, and delivery of quality results on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage automotive-related development projects from concept through delivery
• Ensure implementation of Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines for each brand
• Liaise with brand stakeholders and internal teams to finalize design and plans
• Monitor quality to ensure compliance with project briefs and obtain Completion Certificates
• Maintain alignment with budgets and timelines; provide buildability and value-engineering solutions
• Coordinate preparation of tender documents and ensure comprehensive project documentation
• Manage risks, proactively address delays, and communicate project status effectively

Job Requirements

• Civil Engineering or Building-related degree
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in contracting, consultancy, or development
• Proven delivery experience in automotive, retail, commercial, or industrial developments
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, construction supervision, and commercial oversight
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage multiple stakeholders
