Job Description
Role Summary
Manage 3D physical model projects from client briefing to production, logistics, installation, and final handover.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan project timelines and coordinate workflow across design and production teams. Communicate with clients, manage approvals, and ensure alignment with project requirements. Supervise workshop production (CNC, 3D printing, painting, electronics). Conduct quality checks and solve production challenges. Oversee packing, shipping, and on-site installation for events and exhibitions. Track budgets, variations, procurement requests, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of project management experience
(preferably model making, fabrication, architecture, or events). Strong understanding of drawings, scale, materials, and lighting/electronics basics. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture.Arabic language is an advantage.
Personal Attributes
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Willing to travel for installations and events.
