Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Architect Project Manager
to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with strong project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality execution across all phases of development.Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple stakeholders Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and material submittals Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress to ensure design integrity Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external review Mentor junior architects and support team development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Minimum 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Familiarity with local authority approvals and permitting processes PMP certification or equivalent is a plu
