Prepare detailed project work plans, defining the scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
Coordinate the efforts of technical and administrative teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Supervise the implementation of government-related projects, particularly those tied to operational programs or digital transformation initiatives.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including ministries, regulatory bodies, and vendors.
Prepare regular progress reports and submit them to decision-makers.
Manage project risks and develop contingency plans in cases of performance deviation.
Oversee the preparation of presentations, timelines, and financial reports.
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (a Master's degree or higher qualifications in management or project management is preferred)*. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the government or semi-government sector.
Professional Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
Good knowledge of government work systems and policies.
Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
