Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Theming, Architecture, and Fitout Company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects related to thematic design, architectural planning, and fit out for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will drive successful project execution, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives for each project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that team members have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project milestones and goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure the timely completion of project tasks while optimizing costs.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly.
- Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.
- Regularly report project status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency and ensuring alignment with expectations.
- Uphold the company\'s commitment to quality by ensuring that projects meet or exceed the specified design, architectural, and outfitting standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any deviations from the desired project outcomes.
- Maintain open and productive communication with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven 5 to 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Project Manager in the theme park, architectural design, or fitout industry.
- Willing to travel/relocate to KSA
- Strong understanding of design concepts, architectural principles, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Willing to travel & Relocate KSA
