Our client is a leading global branding agency based in Dubai. They are looking for 2 candidates with experience in either Government Events or Luxury Beauty and Retail.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in the events industry
- Experience in project management of events, including budget forecasting and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Native Arabic speaker
