Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead the end-to-end execution of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, scopes, and resource plans.
Leadership & Team Management:
Direct and coordinate project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Budget & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor ongoing costs, and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
Approve purchase orders and track material usage efficiently.
Risk & Quality Management:
Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Site Coordination:
Monitor on-site work progress, resolve technical issues, and coordinate between site activities and office-based planning.
Ensure site teams follow safety and environmental regulations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews.
Report regularly to senior management on project KPIs, risks, and milestones.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or
PMP certification
is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
10+ years
in project management, with
8+ years
specifically in the aluminum and glazing industry.
Driving License:
Valid
UAE driving license
required.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of aluminum curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, cladding systems, and architectural glass.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera
, and other project management and design tools.
Leadership Skills:
Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication; fluency in English is essential.
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to detect and address potential project issues early to minimize delays and cost overruns.
