We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a proven track record in the
Aluminum & Glazing
sector to oversee high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have
8-10 years
of experience in managing large-scale projects, with a strong background in aluminum and glazing systems. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven professional who is skilled in managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. A
valid UAE driving license
is essential, as the role involves frequent site visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, subcontractors, and staff, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, and project success.
Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
Budget & Cost Control:
Develop and manage project budgets, monitor spending, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the project's timeline, cost, or quality, proactively resolving issues and implementing contingency plans as needed.
Site Management & Coordination:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work adheres to specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications, conducting regular quality inspections and corrective actions as needed.
Contractor & Supplier Management:
Oversee procurement processes, manage relationships with contractors and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients, including updates on schedules, budgets, and potential issues.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum
10+ years
in project management, with at least
8 years
in the aluminum and glazing industry.
UAE Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is required for regular site visits and client meetings.
Project Management Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of project management principles and experience managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong expertise in aluminum and glazing systems, construction techniques, and material specifications.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, manage client expectations, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to address challenges proactively and implement effective solutions.
Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail and the ability to foresee potential issues before they impact project timelines or budgets.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
