Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager - Facade
with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to oversee facade projects from design coordination through execution and handover. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.
Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to develop facade solutions aligned with project specifications and architectural intent
Review and manage engineering drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
Support facade material selection based on performance, durability, sustainability, and compliance requirements
Oversee structural analysis and performance evaluations related to facade systems
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for technical clarifications and material approvals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
Project Management & Execution
Plan, manage, and deliver facade projects in line with approved scope, schedule, and budget
Develop detailed project plans covering resources, timelines, risk mitigation, and quality control
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and implement corrective actions to maintain profitability
Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and site installation activities to ensure timely delivery
Lead regular project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to review progress and address risks
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
Oversee project handover, documentation, and close-out activities
Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Minimum
8+ years of experience
in facade construction projects within the UAE or GCC
Proven experience managing complex facade systems including aluminum, glazing, and specialized facade elements
Strong knowledge of facade materials, installation methodologies, and industry standards
