Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end execution of aluminum and facade projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
Review and interpret project designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
Handle subcontractor management, procurement follow-ups, and supplier coordination.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum
7-10 years of experience
in managing aluminum and facade projects in the GCC/KSA.
Strong technical expertise in curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and architectural facades.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
Valid
Saudi/GCC Driver's License
is mandatory.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
