We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager

with deep expertise in

aluminum and glazing systems

to lead high-profile facade and cladding projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

8-10+ years

of proven project management experience within the aluminum and glazing industry and a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. A

valid UAE driving license

is essential for frequent site visits and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of aluminum and glazing projects from initiation to successful handover. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure cohesive project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, control expenditures, and identify value engineering opportunities. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives. Coordinate procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks, addressing non-conformance promptly. Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, outlining milestones, issues, and solutions. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification or Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of

10 years

total experience in construction project management, with at least

8 years

specifically in aluminum and glazing works in the UAE or GCC region.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum composite panels, structural glazing, spider systems, and unitized facades. Sound understanding of construction methods, material specifications, and facade engineering principles.

Project Management Skills:

Proven ability to lead projects within budget and timelines using best-practice PM methodologies. Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.

Software Proficiency:

MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools is an advantage.
