We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager with extensive expertise in Aluminum & Glazing to lead the successful execution of high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong background in the aluminum and glazing industry. This role demands a results-driven professional capable of managing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards. A valid UAE driving license is required due to the nature of the role involving frequent site visits and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and timely completion of aluminum and glazing projects, ensuring delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team including engineers, subcontractors, and project staff to achieve project goals.
Act as the primary client liaison, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting project timelines, costs, or quality, implementing contingency plans as needed.
Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
Conduct regular quality assurance inspections and apply corrective actions to maintain project standards.
Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, budgets, and any issues.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site to guarantee personnel safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years in aluminum and glazing projects.
Valid UAE driving license required.
Strong command of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
In-depth technical knowledge of aluminum and glazing systems, construction methods, and material specifications.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and resolving client or team conflicts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail to preemptively identify and resolve project risks or issues.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating across departments.
Familiarity with UAE local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Working knowledge of software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.
